Nomination Criteria

You can apply or nominate an individual by sending in an application. Please use the contact tab to request an application booklet. 

If you received an invitation letter to apply, you have already been identified as a prospective candidate for this award. Your name either came to us via a referral application or by the nomination committee. In order for your candidacy to be considered, please provide answers to the supplemental questions below, in addition to the awards application.

Supplemental Questions:

I. What kind of work are you or your organization involved with? (Examples include school renovation, supplying medical equipment, and book donations). 

II. Do you provide scholarships to a priority population in Africa? If so please describe the nature of the scholarships awarded.

III. List the dates and locations of your projects in Africa. Please provide a contact reference for verification if possible.

IV. Please describe why you or your organization should be considered for this important award.
